Registration & Payment Instructions
To secure your spot at Organic Battery Days 2026 in Jena, please follow the steps below. Registration is a two-part process: your initial application followed by a manual payment step once your invoice is issued.
Step 1: The Online Application
Complete the Online Registration Form. During this step, you will:
- Enter your personal and institutional details.
- Presentation Selection: You must choose one of the following three options:
- Oral Presentation: Upload your abstract in PDF format.
- Poster: Upload your abstract in PDF format.
- None: Select this if you are attending as a listener only.
- Select your participation category.
- Regular – 450€
- Member of FSU Jena, CEEC Jena or HIPOLE Jena – 250€
- Student – 175€
- Choose your Payment Method:
- Via invoice
- Online payment
- Seperate billing address if you would like to
Step 2: Receive Your Invoice
Our team will process your application and generate a custom invoice.
- Timing: You will receive your invoice via email in a few days of submitting the form.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
Step 3: Complete Your Payment
Once you have your invoice in hand, proceed based on the method you selected:

Use the IBAN and BIC details provided on your invoice. Important: You must include your Invoice Number in the transfer reference field to ensure your payment is matched to your registration. |
Visit our payment page. Required: You must first enter your Invoice Number. Then, provide your cardholder name, card details, address, and email etc. |
Step 4: Confirmation
- You will receive a final Registration Confirmation email.
- Your spot for the event is officially secured.
Important Notes:
- Unpaid Invoices: Your registration is not considered "Active" until payment is received.
